Here you will find a vast collection of Air Force EPR and OPR bullets which can be used in EPRs and OPRs. The goal of this project is to make writing EPRs and OPRs fast and easy. The EPR and OPR bullets are currently organized into general categories or by AFSC. The categories and AFSC's are listed on the left and can be accessed by clicking on any of the links. This list is by no means complete and we are constantly adding categories. If you have any suggestions please post in the forums and let us know!

All the bullets presented here originate from user submission.Can I use these bullets in EPRs and OPRs that I am writing?
If you find an EPR / OPR bullet that matches your subordinate's performance you can use it. However, the bullets presented here are primarily intended to give supervisors ideas for their writing endeavors.How can I vote on the bullets?
To vote you must be registered and logged in.. Once you are logged in all the bullets will have an option to vote on them.How can I submit the EPR / OPR bullets that I have written?
In order to submit your EPR / OPR bullets you must register and then click on the submit bullet link. When submitting bullets please make sure to purge any information which could be considered confidential.Why are the EPR / OPR bullets I submitted not showing up?
Submitted bullets must be reviewed prior to posting on the site. Unfortunately we had to implement this policy to stop spammers.How else can I contribute to the AFBullets.com project?
